Reviews come from customers of this shop. Labels show the origin: "Verified purchase" (purchase proven in this shop), "Via review reminder" (submitted through a personal reminder link), "Guest review" (confirmed by email) and "External review" (imported from another source).
Negative reviews are not disadvantaged: acceptance, moderation and publication are independent of the star rating. Reviews are only rejected for legal violations, spam or missing product reference.
Reviews labelled "Rewarded" received a thank-you voucher; the benefit was independent of the content and the star rating.
